Edward Henley is one of Nashville’s up-and-coming real estate developers. He worked on the construction of Music City Center before starting his own company, where he’s been involved in building Ascend Amphitheater, the Tennessee State Museum and the National Museum of African American Music. His profile is rising: He is chairman of mission advancement for the Urban Land Institute’s Nashville chapter, and he is on course to become chairman of the 800-member group in mid-2021.
