Community Strategist & Project Coordinator
Brittany Campagna is a Community Strategist & Project Coordinator for Pillars Development, LLC. Brittany provides invaluable analysis, insight, and expertise to unravel development conundrums in decaying neighborhoods, declining spaces and areas navigating rapid gentrification. She draws on several skills to find success in this area: strategic thinking; statistics in both quantitative and qualitative research design; data collection and analysis; as well as methodology in survey analysis, in-depth and semi-structured interviews, and focus groups. Brittany has five years of experience as a Community Strategist, leveraging expertise in Urban Sociology, Political Economy, and Real Estate Development. She is a licensed Affiliate Real Estate Broker in the state of Tennessee. Brittany also excels as a Project Coordinator for development projects, providing support from early site analysis through design and construction in finance and administration.
Brittany earned a degree in Sociology with a Minor in Professional Writing from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN, going on to earn a Masters degree in Sociology from The University of Memphis in Memphis, TN. She relocated to Nashville in 2015 to build her non-profit, Inner City Investments (ICITY), an urban and economic development company that fosters strong business and economies working for the people and by the people of those communities.
