An assessment of the current facilities and infrastructure located at the Nashville Fairgrounds site, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement. Following the Evaluation & Site Assessment Study of the Nashville Fairgrounds, funding was allocated to reinvigorate and reimagine the potential of the Fairgrounds’ site. Given the scale of this endeavor, the project team incorporated stakeholder and community engagement activities related to the current and future dynamics of the 117-acre site. The key component, a new exposition center for The Fairgrounds Nashville consolidates their dispersed footprint into more modern and efficient space that will be oriented so that it is as versatile as possible and relates to the improvements and other projects taking place across the Fairgrounds campus.
