Assistant Project Manager

Juan Martinez has four years of experience guiding commercial and residential construction projects through completion. Juan assists with project management specializing in subcontractor scheduling, leading on-site construction teams, progress monitoring, and resolving site issues. He is knowledgeable about construction safety, estimating and bidding, and RFI and submittal management. He draws on previous experience as a Superintendent to move deftly between project areas and sites.

Juan earned a degree in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. Although born in Utah, Juan has lived most of his life in Nashville, and seeks to create a positive impact for his community with Pillars Development.
