Community Development Associate

Megan Bennett is a Community Development Associate where she supports planning & public participation projects and employee engagement efforts for Pillars Development, LLC. Megan has over six years of experience supporting community projects in the nonprofit and public sector.  

Across eleven cities, she has worked in a variety of capacities ranging from community engagement, neighborhood planning, project management, and team coordination. Her primary roles involve improving the quality of daily life through neighborhood-scaled development and facilitating community-directed initiatives. Megan’s efforts focus on fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve equitable development and involving the community in every step of the development process. 

Megan holds her B.A. in Sociology from Florida International University. In her free time, Megan enjoys reading fiction, being outdoors, ice skating, and traveling.
