Assistant/Project Coordinator

Megan Bennett is an Assistant/Project Coordinator for Pillars Development, LLC. Megan has over six years of experience supporting community projects in the nonprofit and public sector. Across eleven cities, she has worked in a variety of capacities ranging from community engagement, project management, and volunteer coordination. Her primary roles involve improving the quality of daily life through neighborhood-scaled development and facilitating community-directed initiatives. Megan’s efforts focus on fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve equitable development. She values involving the community in every step of the development process to ensure that their needs are met. Her ability to navigate stakeholder priorities, bridge resource gaps, and utilize solution-driven approaches has supported numerous projects to achieve their benchmarks more efficiently while keeping people at the center.

Megan earned her B.A. from Florida International University where she studied Sociology. She relocated to Nashville from Pennsylvania in 2021.
