Project Manager

Thaddeus Dukes is a Project Manager for Pillars Development, LLC. Thaddeus provides project management specializing in Design and Construction Management, including scheduling, closely tracking onsite activities and monitoring progression towards milestones, document management, tracking of RFIs, Submittals, ASIs, and Field Reports on multiple projects. He brings previous experience from international design firms including the SSOE Group and the Nissan parking lot expansion for Nissan in Smyrna, TN. He also worked on the Music City Center in Nashville, TN as a member of the project management team. He was instrumental in the Quality Assurance and Control program, as well as the management of hardware, finishes and punch-list prior to and during early operation. 

Thaddeus earned a degree in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. He relocated to Nashville from Chicago, IL in 2010 to attend university.
